We provide the community with the ability to donate clothing and household goods through our green, clean zero-landfill recycling pick-up program. Your donations help us provide a wide range of support and services for veterans in your community. Our innovative and convenient tax-deductible program comes to your residence to pick up your contribution, reducing the burden on public waste removal services while helping you reduce your household clutter. - Place your donations outside your residence (or in the space designated by your building).

Your contribution enables the United War Veterans Council to provide a wide range of servicesto your local veterans community and beyond.
We direct veterans and family members to community resources addressing their full range of needs and issues (including housing, education, employment, mental health, family counseling, etc.) as well as to trained professionals who help them navigate the VA system to secure medical, housing, G.I. Bill and death/survivor benefits. We also support critically needed mental wellness, substance abuse and suicide prevention programs and assist veterans with career development and job placement.
In addition, we ensure that future generations remember and value the contributions of our veterans through our memorial preservation and restoration efforts and our youth programs.
