I. Client Support Specialist

We are currently seeking qualified individuals for the position of Associate Account Executive within our Customer Service Department. As an Associate Account Executive, you will provide support to licensed users of eMoney Advisor’s software by answering their questions and providing great customer support. Various shifts are available.


  • Answer inbound inquiries from licensed users regarding functionality of eMoney Advisor software
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues via phone and email regarding eMoney Advisor software
  • Document all interactions with licensed users in appropriate database
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or prior experience in a Customer Service position
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize issues
  • Ability to learn quickly and be resourceful
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Works well in a team environment

II. Training Specialist

Training Specialists are dedicated to communicate, coordinate, and interface training best practices with new eMoney customers. Using the defined methodology, the Training Specialist will design a strategy for advisors to manage their business and clientele while taking full advantage of the eMoney value propositions. 
Responsibilities & Activities:

  • Reports to Director of Training Operations.
  • Follow the A.C.T program to deliver outbound functionality sessions about eMoney Advisor platforms to licensed customers.
  • The A.C.T. program uses a series of quick, direct, consultative sessions around an advisor’s primary business goals with the eMoney platform.
  • These sessions will follow a track system that is defined on the first call based on the advisor’s business model and reason for buying.
  • Assist in the updating of internal training materials and eMoney University.
  • Assist in the updating of all external web-based training solutions, including but not limited to: user guides, video recordings, editing, and publishing virtual training materials, pod casts, and eMoney University applications.
  • Document interactions with licensed users in appropriate databases.
  • Provide weekly report including, weekly meetings, activities, and assignments.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Live Training and Internal Training teams.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Camtasia, and Captivate is a plus.
  • Speak clearly, concisely and effectively; as well as listen and understand information and ideas as presented verbally.
  • Resourceful and innovative; ability to interact with team members and management.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, planning techniques, and the financial industry as a whole.
