The Payroll Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of multi-state payroll for current customers which includes all processing activities together with computing wage and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions and processing miscellaneous payments. Reviews wages computed and corrects errors to ensure payroll accuracy, prepares payroll reports and conducts special research. Responds and assists in payroll issue resolution from Account Managers and other departments within the organization. Education: Associates degree or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
Solution Center Advocate
Serves as the primary interface between Our Company and Work
Site Employees of its customer companies.
Maintains the day to day customer relationship through inbound telephone,
email chat, and fax communications, as well as internet interactions. Ensures
the delivery of our Signature Services as a PEO relating to HR products and services by auditing and/or documenting such delivery,
seeking customer feedback on services, resolving service issues, identifying
service opportunities, and informing management of key developments prompting
the deployment of our other resources as necessary.
Education: High School; or equivalent combination of education
As a Sales Development Representative, working from our Bradenton facility, you will be tasked with speaking to prospects (possibly new, possibly existing) in regard to our company and the value proposition offered to its client companies. Individually, or as part of team, you will produce schedules/reports that update leadership and designated colleagues of the status or development of each prospect as they move through the pipeline. Through routine contact, ensure exchange of information, plans, and actions of all colleagues involved in ongoing or special business assignments to help streamline HR administration optimize HR processes, and maximize people and profit so businesses can reach their full potential. Background in Phone Prospecting or C-level communication.
Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Coordination with Clients and Vendors for plan set-up of our 401(k) Plans and Client Sponsored Retirement Plans. Remittance of payroll deferral elections, loan payments and employer matching contributions to plan administrators. Research and resolve client and employee issues related to enrollment, deferrals, remittance, plan design and compliance. Coordinate with clients and vendors for retirement plan set-up. Responsible for processing payroll loan repayments. Manage remittance of funds and allocation files to plan administrators Respond to and/or contact clients, client employees, our colleagues and vendors as directed or required to resolve retirement related inquires, issues or escalations. Manage Work Retirement case queue and department e-mail box. Perform research or audits as needed to identify compliance issues Complete standard job responsibilities related to our processes and customer service fulfillment. Provide Tier II phone support as needed Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Retirement enhancements as necessary. Deliver superior written and verbal customer service. Perform other administrative and data entry tasks in related departments including, but not limited to Flexible Spending Account and BenefitsWork cross-functionally with other of our colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and build cohesive interdepartmental relationships. Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the Company/Manager’s discretion
Education: High school diploma and one year certificate from college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
